City of Helen - Administration
The Administrative Clerk, Mirinda Dispain is here to assist you. Mirinda serves as a receptionist at City Hall, receiving telephone calls, greeting visitors, providing information and answering questions.
Payments for the different taxes, utility bills and other revenues are collected through the Administrative Clerk's desk. Mirinda also prepares and mails utility invoices each month. If you need any assistance conducting business with the City of Helen, Mirinda will happy to help you.
